Shipping Cost

  • Within the UK: Tracked secure shipping across the UK at £3.99 per order.
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.
  • Shipping methods: Depending on the stock availability, demand and destination country, parcels may be delivered by Royal Mail, 4PX, DHL, FEDEX or UPS. 

Shipping Details

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Every order is shipped via tracked delivery, ensuring a fast, secure, and fully insured shipping experience. 

From the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep, delivery typically takes 8 to 13 business days.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days for quality inspection and packing
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days after processing

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If this happens, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.

  • Your order number
  • Details of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item

We will promptly find a suitable solution for you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this timeframe, cancellation may not be possible as processing may have begun. To request a cancellation, please contact support as soon as possible.

Delivery Issues

If you are facing any issues with your order delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
